Marketing Automation Health Check

In this seminar we will lead a series of working discussions that:

  1. Identify the marketing automation framework. 

  2. Create a marketing automation strength, opportunity, weakness, threats (SWOT). 

  3. Discuss gaps identified in SWOT evaluation. 

  4. Group discussion about innovation accelerators.

  5. Construct a summary of changes recommended to heighten ROI of marketing automation to the organization.
