Digital Lead Generation - Expectation vs Reality

In this seminar we will lead a series of working discussions that:

  1. Identify the digital elements that are expected to contribute to lead generation and their genuine contributions to the targeted KPI.  

  2. Discuss the key element contributions vs expectations and the attributes that impact the elements effectiveness.

  3. Uncover and map anticipated lead generation elements or strategic changes that will influence near-term lead generation realizations.  

  4. Discuss and prioritize gaps in lead generation attainment identifying an appropriate number of innovative lead generation techniques to magnify results.

  5. Interlock findings with Sales and prepare a summary presentation for seminar sponsor stakeholders.
