Expanding Global Revenue through Innovation

Situation: Several smaller countries were not able to expand their revenue accomplishments year-to-year. It was unclear at the Corporate Headquarters view why or how it could assist revenue growth.

Actions: Working with a European colleague we met with many individual country marketing leaders, brand leaders and sales teams and uncovered a common need that involved customized marketing solutions that impacted tactical sales and marketing yet maintained strategic objectives. We sold the solution across the hierarchy of global brand management and uncovered digital messaging and cross sales opportunity shortfalls that mirrored the change requirements. 

Benefits: Direct and partner driven sales increased within a few months of the implemented changes. Equally important the clothing rate for each sale increased by allowing local expertise to focus on local solution needs and provide clear cross-sales options using digital to expand the reach and remove messaging clutter.
